I studied counselling psychology, education, dance/movement. This, combines well with my personal 'collateral' - married 29 years; 4 adult children, 5 horses, 11 chickens, and a herd of cattle.

Meliora uses therapeutic dance to heal 'ennui' and restore freedom.
With individuals, Meliora is the alchemy of Joy.
With couples, Meliora is the alchemy of Romance.
​
After experiences of grief, heartbreak, and long periods of loneliness - it is tempting to armour the heart in melancholy. This often results in depression, anxiety, and extreme 'ennui' (hopeless, burnoutf, despair).
Meliora supports clients to reclaim their authenticity and practice curiosity, confidence, and creativity. My work focuses on embodied freedom.
